By day, I’m a wealth advisor helping clients build smart, tax-efficient financial plans. By night, I’m all about connecting with people—whether that’s over dinner, on a bike ride, or cheering on the Cyclones. Between our kids and me, we’ve racked up seven Iowa State degrees (yep, we’re big fans). My husband Keith and I love all things Iowa State, cycling, and hosting friends—basically anything that brings good people together.

Graduated from Iowa State University in 1996 and have been in banking ever since. Returned to Ames in 2017 with my wife Brooke…we are ‘almost’ empty nesters with 5 daughters. Lifelong avid Cyclone fan (of course), enjoy summer weekends at Spirit Lake/Okoboji, and remain actively involved with AREA…participating in ribbon cuttings, coffee mingles, 1 million cups, and the many events throughout the year. Ames has been recognized by multiple publications as one of the best places to live, work, and retire, and I couldn’t agree more. One of my favorite things about Ames is that our University, our big businesses, our smaller businesses, our non-profits, our surrounding communities, our city leaders, and especially our residents of all ages….often combine efforts and collaborate to enhance our community in so many ways.

As a 2020 transplant to Ames, I know firsthand what it’s like to build a life here from scratch! My husband Nash and I moved to central Iowa without knowing a single person, but quickly fell in love with this welcoming community.
When I’m not helping families live more mobile, present lives through chiropractic care at Complete Connection Chiropractic, you’ll likely find me exploring Ada Hayden with Dennis (our energetic German Shepherd), hunting for good eats around town, or browsing the shops on Main Street. I’m a big believer in both adventure and relaxation – balancing travel experiences with quiet evenings curled up with a good book. Having started as strangers ourselves, my husband and I love connecting newcomers with all the hidden gems Ames has to offer (ask me about the best local coffee spots or where to catch the most festive 515 Day celebrations)! If you’re new to town and looking for recommendations, a friendly face, or a path to feeling your physical best, I’d love to help welcome you to the community we now proudly call home.
